Rhi and Chad at RE/MAX were the second realtors I contacted to help me find a retirement home in south FL. I was moving from Rhode Island. I described to the first realtor I contacted, the type of a place I was looking for, however that realtor wasted one solid week of my limited time parading me around to what I came to realize were all of their own listings that had not sold.

On my last day in Florida, I called Rhi at RE/MAX, and once again described what I was looking to purchase. She searched out five homes for me to view. The first four were nice, however upon entering the fifth villa I got as far as the kitchen and immediately turned around and said to Rhi, "I want to make an offer on this unit today. She could see how excited I was, but suggested I see the master bedroom and master bath, and look around outside first. After doing so, I said very excitedly, "I am convinced!" She then worked with me to come to an appropriate offer. My offer was accepted after some negotiating, and I ended up paying $20,000 thousand less than the asking price!

What I liked about Rhi and Chad was that they listened to me! They found me, my dream home... I was so excited, I ended up in a home where I was not going to have to worry about yard maintenance, and everything was at ground level.
I have been here awhile and can honestly say Rhi and Chad made my dream come true. Not only do I love my place, but the surrounding community as well. I have a pool, and an exercise room. My community has sidewalks and is easy for me to get around. I have all I need close by in the way of shopping, church, and being close to the Veterans Administration clinic that I frequent.

Rhi and Chad even stopped by after I moved in to make certain I was happy with my place. They provided me with a list of names and places for my future reference.

In closing, I had heard realtors were difficult to deal with, and people usually do not ever use the same one twice. Making any move is a major undertaking the team of Rhi and Chad made moving in a breeze. Chad even told me the best places to go fishing and a great mechanic to service my Jeep. I would recommend Rhi & Chad at RE/MAX for their expertise, their friendly nature, and their common sense approach to anyone looking for a place, especially anyone moving to south Florida from out of town call the Pros FIRST!
